A case of female pseudohermaphroditism in 23-year-old Korean male, which was mistaken as a simple indirect inguinal hernia, left, was observed.
There were considerably well-developed external genitalias except an ectopic testis and a rudimentary vagina, uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries. These findings, which seemed to be unusual, were discussed with those of the other reports.
